Books & Printed Items
If you want to return an item, please understand that items must be returned in their original condition. Shrink-wrapped or sealed products must be unopened. Upon receipt of your return, we will issue store credit or a refund to your original form of payment for items returned within 30 days. Return shipping is not refundable. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Your packing slip provides specific return instructions and addresses-please refer to it for details.
If you want to make a return, please contact us and let us know the reason for the return along with the order date, product number and/or description of the product.
If returns are requested due to damage in the mail, please contact us by phone or email so we can replace the item or make other arrangements to remedy the problem. It may not always be necessary to return a damaged or defective product. Our office will give you instructions if this is the case. Always reference the order number on your packing slip when contacting our customer service department.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date that your order was shipped. Books, DVDs and CDs must be in their original, unopened, shrink-wrapped condition. Refunds or store credit will be issued within 30 days of satisfactory receipt of the product unless other arrangement is made. Items should be mailed with the original packing slip to:

An eBook is a digital product, therefore there is nothing to return. If you are dissatisfied with the eBook, please call Customer Service at (404) 623-4386. You can also send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Digital deliveries, custom orders, and bulk orders of 25 or more copies are non-returnable.
If your return is shipped after the time frame indicated above or is returned without a packing slip, we regret that we cannot issue a refund or send the merchandise back to you.
